Delete Your Account & Data

DSS Secure Tech — Digital Safeguard Security Inc.

Guards and supervisors using the DSS Secure Tech app can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

To request that your account and associated data be deleted, please email:

digitalsafeguardsecurityinc@gmail.com

Include the following in your request:

  • Your registered username or employee ID
  • The name of your employer/security company
  • Confirmation that you are requesting full account deletion

Requests are verified and processed within 30 days of receipt.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your login credentials and account profile
  • Location data associated with check-ins and patrols
  • Photos and voice notes submitted through the app
  • Incident and occurrence reports tied to your account

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained beyond account deletion where required for legal, compliance, security, or business record-keeping purposes (for example, incident reports that form part of a client’s official security records). Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
